What if my customers do not like to talk to AI?
First of all, for 90% of your customers, this won't be an issue since our AI can handle all their requests flawlessly. Many customers don't even realize they're talking to AI. But to ensure every customer is happy in any scenario, we include an option to "speak with an employee at any time" at the beginning of each call. When a customer wants to talk to a human, the AI forwards the call to your store in just 2 seconds. No waiting, no annoying music, nothing. Everything is designed to make your customers feel respected with concise, plain interactions and, most importantly, minimal time wasting.

How does AI Bunny billing work?
Our billing is precisely second-based. If a call lasts just 20 seconds, you're only charged for those 20 seconds (about $0.09), not a full minute. Our system adds up the total seconds spent on calls and bills accordingly. Additionally, the standard "This call may be recorded" announcements at the beginning of calls are not included in the time calculation. You truly only pay for productive conversation time.
What if I want to teach something to my AI employee?
For any update or detail that you want to let the AI know, there is a "Teach Your AI" section in the Cloud POS. You will be able to write anything there just as if you were talking to a real person. No complicated settings, no technical information needed. Just message your AI in a clear way, as if you're talking to your human employees.
What happens if some calls last longer than 2 minutes? What if someone exploits the AI Agent, tying it up for 20 minutes or more?
No call can last longer than 5 minutes (adjustable if needed), providing built-in protection against abuse. After this cutoff, calls are forwarded to the store.
According to our data, the average of all calls takes around 2 minutes, though this varies depending on the restaurant, menu, upselling options, and other factors. Some pickup orders, especially from returning customers, can take as little as 30 seconds. However, 2 minutes is a reliable benchmark based on our data. Best of all, you can easily monitor your restaurant’s average call time statistics through your dashboard.
Even better news: average call times decrease over time. Returning customers are greeted efficiently, for example: “Hi John, would you like to order delivery to XXth Street, just like last time?” If they say yes, it saves significant time. The AI remembers all your loyal customers, and if you already have a customer database, we can seamlessly transfer it.
