- It is built in. AI Bunny built both the phone agent and the Cloud POS, so phone orders appear in the Cloud POS just like online orders and the ticket prints in the kitchen, with no third-party connection.
- What does the AI take on the call?
- The whole order: items and modifiers, pickup or delivery, and for delivery an address it verifies during the call. It recognizes returning callers, suggests add-ons, answers several calls at once, and transfers the call to your staff whenever a caller asks for a person.
- Which languages does it take orders in?
- English, Spanish and Portuguese, with accent recognition included at no extra cost.
- How much does it cost?
- Starter is $299 a month with 900 included minutes and Plus is $499 a month with 1,800, billed by the second. There is a one-time $149 setup fee that includes $50 of AI Bunny credit. Plans are month to month, with no contract.
- How long does setup take, and do I keep my phone number?
