Turn your phone sidewaysThis is a full POS screen, built wide. Sideways it opens at nearly full size, so you can read every row and click through it.

01  ·  Main page

One screen.Your whole restaurant.

Orders, calls, the kitchen, drivers and the back office. This is the screen the till opens on.

02  ·  Orders

Every order,however it arrived.

Phone, website and counter orders land in one list, with what is paid and what is still owed on the same row.

03  ·  New order

Ring up the personin front of you.

The same menu your phone agent and your website use. No second register to switch to.

04  ·  Caller ID

The phone ringsand you already know.

The caller is on screen with their history before you pick up. One tap starts the order.

05  ·  Drivers

Hand it towhoever is free.

Tap the waiting deliveries on the map, then hand them to whoever is free. They land in the Driver App with navigation loaded.

06  ·  Employees

Clock in, clock out,on the same screen.

Open a name and you get the last clock in and out, where they stand right now, and the week to print.

07  ·  Back office

And everythingbehind the counter.

Menu, customers, loyalty, store credit, payments and who on your team can see what.

Live Orders

The expediter view. What is out, what is waiting.

Every active order with how long it has been running and who is carrying it.

Kitchen Display

The line reads itoff the screen.

One board per station. A ticket turns yellow at seven minutes, orange at ten and red at fifteen, and BUMP clears it to the ready bar at the bottom.

Chat Histories

Every call and chatthe AI handled.

What was said, how long it took, and what the caller ended up with.

Menu Management

The menu, in one place, for every channel at once.

Switch an item off here and it leaves the phone agent, the website and the app together. Prices, photos, coupons and fees live behind the same tabs.

Loyalty Program

Points that follow the guest, not the channel.

Set what an order earns and what it takes to redeem, then choose which channels count toward it.

Store Credit

Make a bad order rightwithout a refund.

Put a dollar balance on the account and cap how much can go on at once. The guest spends it at checkout.

Customer Payments

Every charge, withwhere it came from.

Provider, card and surface on each line, so a question about a payment takes one look instead of three systems.

User Management

Everyone signs inas themselves.

Each person gets their own login and role, so the counter, the kitchen and the office see only what they need.

Stations

Each register named, each printer accounted for.

Register the tills and tablets once and tickets go to the right printer and payments to the right terminal.

Customers

The guest list the AIreads from on the next call.

Name, number, address and order history in one row, and a second tab for the numbers you never want to hear from again.

Balance & Billing

What the AI costs you,to the minute.

One balance, one card, and a plan per product. Set it to top itself up and a Friday night never runs it out. Every invoice and every minute is on the two tabs beside it.

AI Phone Agent

Keep your number.Hand over the ringing.

You get an AI number and forward your own line to it with one code, so customers go on calling the number on your door. Then you decide what the agent asks for, and whether it picks up a withheld number at all.

Online Ordering

Your own ordering site, off the same menu.

Switch an item off once and it goes from the phone agent, the site and the app together. Tips, unpaid orders and what the site reports back to your tracking all sit here.

POS Dashboard Setting

How the tillbehaves on the counter.

The on-screen keyboard for a touch machine, which screens the drivers can see, whether the day total shows on the order list, and how loud any of it is.

Kitchen Display System

The line hears itbefore it reads it.

A sound when an order lands and another when a cook timer runs out, and the minutes at which a waiting ticket turns yellow, orange and red. Seven, ten and fifteen out of the box.

WhatsApp Agent

The same agent,on WhatsApp.

Connect a WhatsApp Business number and it answers there with the same menu, the same prices and the same order list. Nothing to set up twice.

Other Settings

Set once.Everything follows.

Store hours, quoted times, delivery zones and fees, your processor, your tax. The phone agent, the website, the app and the till all read the same answers.

Analytics

What sold, when, and who called twice.

Sales, orders, products and callers by day, week or year, including the calls that arrived while another was already running.

Runs on what you already own

Our cloud-based system works with your existing hardware. There is no equipment bundle to buy and no lease to sign.

AI Bunny Cloud POS running on a Windows desktop behind the restaurant counter

Windows PC

Most restaurants already run a Windows PC on the counter for their current POS, whether that is Aldelo, RPower or something else. That machine is all you need: install the printer app and keep the printers you already have.

AI Bunny Cloud POS running on an Android tablet at the counter

Android tablet

Perfect for counter service: compact, mobile-friendly, and a second screen costs nothing extra in software.

Thermal receipt printers integrated with the AI Bunny Cloud POS

Any printer you already own

Our Windows printer app prints ESC/POS to thermal and impact printers, and plain PDF to an ordinary office printer. There is no approved-hardware list.

  • ESC/POS for 80mm thermal printers
  • ESC/POS for 76mm kitchen impact printers
  • Plain PDF for an office or laser printer
  • Each kitchen station routed to its own printer

POS device

Any Android tablet or iPad for a second till, a server station, or the office.

Printer

Your current PC printer, or a Star printer for Android.

Card payment

Square Terminal for in-person card-present payments. If you process with someone else, card-present payments run through a connected terminal on Datacap DC Direct, so you can keep your existing processor.

How printing works: a small app runs on the Windows machine and is what the POS prints through. It reports every printer Windows can see, and from the panel you choose which ones the POS uses, how many copies each takes, whether it prints ESC/POS or PDF, and which kitchen station goes to which printer. The cash drawer opens over the network from the same screen.

Four ways an order arrives. One place it lands.

Most restaurants end up with a register for walk-ins, a tablet for delivery apps, and a notepad for the phone. The Cloud POS is the one screen all of it reports to.

AI Phone Agent

The agent answers, confirms the order with the caller, and the ticket is on the screen before the call ends.

Orders carry straight through to the kitchen. Ask where a setting lives and it walks you through this POS tab by tab, and tells you plainly when the POS cannot do the thing you asked for. It suggests the next question, and it keeps your past conversations. It reads and explains rather than making changes: the change itself stays yours to make.
A traditional POS lives on one machine behind the counter, with its database in the stockroom. A cloud POS keeps all of that on our side, so the counter PC, the tablet at the register and the laptop in the office are all looking at the same live orders, the same menu and the same reports. There is no server to run and no database to back up. One small piece does get installed on the Windows machine: our printer app, which is what lets the POS reach your receipt and kitchen printers and your cash drawer.
Almost certainly not. Most restaurants already run a Windows PC on the counter for their current POS, whether that is Aldelo, RPower or something else, and the Cloud POS runs on that same machine: you install our printer app, connect the printers you already have, and carry on. Android tablets and iPads work too. We do not sell a proprietary terminal and we do not require one. The only thing we ship is a card terminal, and only if you decide to take card payments through us.
Any printer the Windows machine can see. Our printer app prints ESC/POS for thermal receipt printers and for 76mm impact printers in the kitchen, and plain PDF for an ordinary office or laser printer, so there is no approved-hardware list to shop from. You pick which printers the POS uses, how many copies each one takes, and which kitchen station prints where, all from the panel. The cash drawer opens over the network from the same place.
Yes. Datacap DC Direct drives terminals such as the Pax A35 and Pax A3700 with whichever processor you already use, and Square, Clover, Authorize.net, Toast and Genius are supported too. We are not a payments company, so you keep your existing processor and the rates you negotiated.
Yes. When the AI Phone Agent takes an order, it appears in the order list and prints in the kitchen without anyone re-typing it at a register. The same is true of orders from your website and your branded app.
Yes. Commission-free orders from your own website and your branded app drop into the same order list as phone and counter orders, and print in the kitchen the same way. Nobody copies an online order from a tablet into the register. Online ordering is its own AI Bunny product, and its plans are on the pricing page.
Tickets print at each kitchen station, and if you run screens on the line, the Kitchen Display shows every order the moment it is confirmed. A ticket turns yellow at seven minutes, orange at ten and red at fifteen, and BUMP clears it to the ready bar. The Kitchen Display comes with delivery management as one add-on, priced per location with no per-screen fee.
Delivery is built in rather than bolted on, which is what a pizza shop needs. the Caller ID screen lists the call and opens that caller beside it, Google Maps checks the address and the delivery zone, orders are assigned to available drivers from the same window, and the AI Bunny Driver App loads the navigation and takes a card at the door. When you would rather not send your own driver, the order can go to a third-party courier instead.
Yes. Counter ordering is part of the same screen. Staff tap through the menu, add modifiers, choose pickup or delivery, and the ticket prints. There is no separate register application to switch to.
Yes. Deliveries are assigned to available drivers from the same window, land in the AI Bunny Driver App with navigation loaded, and drivers can take a card at the door. If you would rather not run your own drivers, the order can go to a third-party courier through the on-demand delivery fleet instead.
It is part of AI Bunny rather than a separate line item, and there is no per-device fee for adding another screen. Current plan prices are on the pricing page.

Everything in this industry is expensive. The last thing we need is a third party with their hand in our pocket too.
